The Manager & Maintenance Supervisor both live on premises
so there is always someone available to check you in.
Winter office hours are Thursday thru Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
And Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm (November 1 thru March 31)
Reservation Procedures
Members:
Reservations are limited to 2 reservations, plus your Guaranteed Holiday, on the calendar at any given time.
You can make your Guaranteed Holiday reservation at any time. If it is not your Guaranteed Holiday you have to wait until 2 weeks prior to the Holiday weekend to make your reservation
.Rental Trailers:
Only rental units occupied by members get the member rate. Reduced rates for guests of members and public rates are available for this purpose.
Guest Reservations:
All guest reservations must be in the guest name not the member’s name. This is so that in an emergency we know who is in the park and where they are. Guest reservations for Holiday weekends can only be made 2 weeks prior to the Holiday even if it is the Member’s Guaranteed Holiday.
All members, A, B, C & EA Members, are required to check in and get a window tag upon arrival at the park and check out upon leaving. Any A, B or C Member caught abusing the reservation privileges or not checking in and/or out will lose reservation privileges for 45 days. EA Members abusing check in and out procedures could face loss of all park privileges for 30 days
Public Campers including Coast to Coast, Camp Club & Passport America
If you are on the road and wanting a reservation call the above numbers or come to the gate and call one of the numbers and someone will come and let you in and get you a campsite. In the winter months it is best to call ahead as we have limited sites available for winter time camping. Do not let this discourage you from calling as we will, in almost all cases, have a site available for you.

Is it ok to check out at the guard shack by using the sign out sheets when leaving the park for the last time or do we have to come into the office? What if the office is closed?

Every member must check in and get a window tag. If you are an EA member you have 2 options.
1) You can use the check out sheets at the guard shack.
2) You can call the office and have them check you out.
The check in is for our members safety so that we know who is in the park at all times.
